What would be the purpose of God bestowing new higher languages upon His people? Granted we are blessed to participate in the work of The Spirit.

In present day God sends His people there in Spirit to receive connection and learn. Only the teachable would go there. Only the open minded. The elite know this because they hoard the knowledge.
